Januar Sumardi

Januar Sumardi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Januar began their career as a Manager in International Banking at Bank BNI in 1995. Januar then moved on to PwC in 2000, where they worked as a Manager in Lead Advisory, leading various assignments in mergers and acquisitions, divestment, and corporate strategic planning. In 2006, Januar joined CT CORPORA as a Senior Vice President in Business Development and Corporate Finance, reporting directly to the Group Director and actively leading business development efforts.

In 2012, Januar joined PT Trakindo Utama as the Head of Finance Planning and Strategy Division. Januar supervised multiple teams, including finance strategy, management reporting, corporate finance, and treasury. Januar also controlled finance operations for two out of seven area divisions and previously supervised the taxation department. Currently, Januar is leading the finance division transformation project aligned with the company-wide business transformation program.

In 2020, Januar took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at ABM Investama, where they served until 2022. Presently, Januar holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at PT Trakindo Utama since August 2022.

Januar Sumardi has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Master's degree in International Management from the University of Indonesia.
