Yulia Yasmina

Yulia joined Trakindo in January 2020 as Chief Administration Officer (CAO). Prior to joining Trakindo, Yulia has over 20 years of consulting experience, focuses on Human Capital Management and Organization Development. Most of her career was spent within Accenture with last position as Managing Director for Management Consulting, Indonesia Lead. She also has a career span with PT Daya Dimensi Indonesia, and Ernst & Young (EY) Indonesia where she served as a Partner for People Advisory Services, Indonesia Lead from 2015 to 2018.

Yulia has worked on projects for Business Transformation, Leadership Development, HR Transformation, Organizational Design, Talent Management and other Human Capital related projects for several industries in Indonesia.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Padjadjaran (UNPAD), Bandung.
