Vany W. started their work experience in 2009 as a Lecture at Tarumanagara University. Vany then moved on to work at PT Kalbe Farma, Tbk in 2010, where they held multiple roles such as Staff, Supervisor People Development, Assistant Manager Recruitment, Acting Talent Acquisition Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2015, they joined PT Ultra Sakti as the Head of HR Operation, where they focused on recruitment and selection strategies.

Vany W. completed their Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Tarumanagara from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained certifications in CHRP from PT. GML Performance Consulting in December 2022 and Psycolog from Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI) in October 2022.
