Annissya Novirianti

Annissya Novirianti is a seasoned professional in workforce management with extensive experience at PT VADS Indonesia. Currently serving as WFM Manager since June 2021, Annissya previously held the position of Assistant Manager for Halo BCA, overseeing multiple teams including RTFM, WFM, Trainers, and Inbound and Social Media Admin. Prior experience includes roles as SPV Support and Specialist WFM for the Indosat Project, as well as Staff WFM for the XL Axiata Project, where responsibilities encompassed scheduling and forecasting for call center agents using the BluePumpkin application. Annissya holds an Amd degree in Management Informatics from Bina Sarana Informatika, completed between 2008 and 2011.
