Saravanan Belusami

With over 28 years of experience under his belt in business, technical and management, Saravanan has served in the full spectrum of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Telcos and Customer Experience (CX). Saravanan is no stranger to the BPO industry. He has expertise in various fields such as sales-related activities, Customer Experience Management and Transformation, people management and daily operations. In his current capacity, he has participated in many awards from a different type of Contact Centre associations such as Contact Centre Association Malaysia (CCAM), Outsourcing Malaysia (OM), Contact Centre Association Singapore (CCAS) and also Contact Centre World Association (CCWA). He has won many awards in the individual and team categories. He has once won the best CCWA BPO leader in the Asia Pac region Starting in March 2020, he has been assigned to the role of CEO of VADS Indonesia and ready to bring VADS Indonesia to greater heights.
