Joanie Sutanto is an experienced brand and product manager with a diverse background in the hair care and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as Brand Manager at PT. Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk since September 2018, Joanie manages the CBD Professional brand, focusing on hair care, hair color, and hair smoothing products. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager at PT Ikapharmindo Putramas, where market research for salon products and hair care was conducted, and as Junior Product Manager at Martina Berto, overseeing the Dewi Sri Spa brand and coordinating product marketing strategies. Earlier in the career, Joanie worked as a Product Executive handling Caring Colours cosmetics and as a Research and Development Engineer at PT. Lion Wings. Joanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan and a Master's degree in Management from Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana.
