Gregory Fish

Gregory Fish has extensive experience in quality management, with their most recent position being Corporate Director of Quality at PTA Plastics since May 2020. In this role, they managed all quality functions and personnel, achieved MedAccred certification of plastics assembly, and upgraded the quality system to ISO-9001:2015 and ISO-13485:2016.

Prior to that, Gregory was the Quality Assurance Manager at H&T Nevada, where they set up the initial quality system for a start-up deep draw stamping facility inside the Tesla Gigafactory.

Gregory also served as the Director of Quality Assurance at Sun Microstamping Technologies, where they successfully turned around a poorly performing TS-16949 system and reduced complaints, scrap, and audit findings.

Gregory has held various quality management positions at companies such as Schneller, Micro Star Innovations, Chemtech Plastics, Micro Molding Technologies, and Advance Dial Company, where they implemented and improved quality systems, reduced defects and scrap, and achieved ISO certifications.

Gregory began their career as a Quality Manager at ACR Electronics, where they ensured the conformance of the Quality System to Mil-I-45208 and initiated the implementation of SPC, TQM, and ISO-9000.

Throughout their career, Gregory has consistently demonstrated their expertise in quality management and their ability to achieve significant improvements in quality performance.

From 1999 to 2004, Gregory Fish attended Broward College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts.
