Joshua Goldberg

Joshua Goldberg serves as the Director on the Board of Directors for the PTAB Bar Association® since May 2021. With a tenure at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP since June 2007, Joshua has held the positions of Partner and Patent Attorney, as well as Associate and Patent Attorney, focusing on patent litigation and post-grant proceedings in the U.S. Earlier experience includes drafting and prosecuting numerous patent applications in electrical and mechanical technologies and providing intellectual property counsel while serving as a Student Associate. Joshua earned a JD, cum laude, with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, and a BA in Physics with a minor in Mathematics from Drake University, complemented by a study abroad program at King's College London.
