Nicholas Palmieri

Nicholas Palmieri is an Associate at Baker Botts since September 2019, specializing in the Intellectual Property Practice Group with a focus on patent prosecution, litigation, and due diligence. Nicholas is an active Committee Member of the PTAB Bar Association Trials Committee and the Patents Committee of the New York City Bar Association, as well as participating in the Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association. Additionally, Nicholas serves on the Advisory Board for Cybersecurity for Executives at Ithaca College and has previously held committee roles in the International Law Committee at the NYC Bar. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor in Patent Law from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Earlier experiences include summer associate positions at Baker Botts and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, as well as roles involving astronomical operations and student safety at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
