Laura Rosa

Laura Rosa has an extensive work experience in the human resources field. Laura most recently served as the Vice President of HR, People Services at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for designing and building the People Services function, including various areas such as HR systems and analytics, talent acquisition, and HR project management.

Prior to their time at PTC Therapeutics, Inc., Laura held multiple roles at Integra LifeSciences, including Head of Global HR Operations, Head of HR Service Delivery and Employee Relations, and HR Director (HRBP) for Global Operations. Laura also has experience at Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Associate Director of Employee Relations and HR Business Partner.

Before their time at Integra LifeSciences and Bristol-Myers Squibb, Laura worked as an HR Director at Brass Data Systems and as an HR Business Partner at Merck. Laura began their career as a Manager of Staffing at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as an HR Generalist at Keane.

Throughout their career, Laura has built expertise in areas such as HR technology implementation, workforce planning, recruitment, analytics, and performance management. Laura'sdiverse experience across various industries and companies showcases their ability to adapt and succeed in different environments.

Laura Rosa obtained their MA degree in HR Training and Development from Seton Hall University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
