Stephen Keane

Stephen Keane has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Stephen is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at PTC Therapeutics, Inc, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines for rare disorders. Prior to this, they served as the European Talent Acquisition Lead at Perrigo Pharmaceuticals, where they led a team and developed recruitment strategies for critical positions in Europe and China. Stephen also worked as a Senior Technical, Digital and Operations Recruiter at Accenture, a global management consulting and technology services company. Stephen has experience in recruitment and consultancy roles at EMR | Specialist Marketing Recruitment, International IELTS, Manpower Ireland, and Richmond Recruitment (now CPL).

Stephen Keane obtained a Master's degree in International Masters in HR and Organisation from Rome Business School in 2023-2024. Stephen also has a Degree in History and English Literature from Dublin City University. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University and Diplomas in Employment Law and Legal Studies from Dublin Business School.
