Trupti Patil

Trupti Patil, PMP, has extensive experience in software development and team management, currently serving as Section Manager at PTC since November 2008. In this role, Trupti manages a diverse team of 10 full-time employees, 4 contractors, and 2 interns, oversees recruitment efforts, and conducts performance reviews. Trupti has championed the transition to Agile methodologies and has acted as a Solution Architect for the Salesforce CRM system, leading de-customization projects and user migrations. Trupti has also held various technical and leadership positions at PTC, encompassing mentoring, project implementation, and process improvements. Prior experience includes serving as a System Analyst at Nihilent Technologies, focusing on enhancements and support for the GSOA portal. Trupti holds a DAC in Computer Languages from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Shivaji University.
