Tanmoy Chatterjee

Tanmoy Chatterjee started their work experience in 2013 as an IT Administrator at Cavalier Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd. Tanmoy was responsible for troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and VoIP phones, as well as managing LAN setup and router issues. Tanmoy also provided training to users and managed Exchange Server and SharePoint in the cloud.

In 2014, they worked as a Field Service Engineer at Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd., specifically for Lenovo. Their responsibilities included visiting customer locations, identifying and resolving hardware issues, and ordering and replacing parts as needed.

In 2015, Tanmoy joined PTS Consulting Services as an IT Manager, where they handled an IT team and managed the helpdesk software. Tanmoy also allocated tasks to team members, resolved urgent tickets, and maintained VOIP devices.

Later at PTS Consulting Services, Tanmoy became a Senior Manager (Global) in Information Technology Infrastructure in June 2020. In this role, they served as a liaison between business and technical teams and coordinated with stakeholders. Tanmoy managed cybersecurity, IT security, and network security strategy and planning. Tanmoy also managed IT infrastructure, including cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), Hyper-V, AD, and SSO. Additionally, they managed MDM applications and Next Gen SonicWALL firewalls.

Tanmoy Chatterjee's education history is as follows:

- In 2008, they completed their High School education at Jagacha High School, with a focus on Higher Secondary studies.

- From 2010 to 2012, they attended the Indian Institute of Hardware Technology, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Network and System Administration.

- In 2012, they enrolled in Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in IT IMS until 2015.

- Currently, starting from 2022, Tanmoy is pursuing a PG-Cyber Security degree at the Indian Institute of Technology, Palakkad, specializing in Cyber Security.

In addition to their formal education, Tanmoy has also obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills:

- In October 2020, they obtained the Okta Certified Professional certification from Okta, Inc.

- In September 2022, they received the ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification from LMS Training Pvt Ltd.

- In November 2022, they completed the Cloud Tech Fundamentals certification offered by Acronis.

- In December 2022, they received three certifications, namely General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ITIL Foundation Level, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate SAA-C03, from Udemy.

- Finally, in April 2023, they obtained two more certifications, namely Connectwise Automate Administrator from ConnectWise and Hubspot Reporting from HubSpot Academy, further diversifying their skill set.
