Lorna Williams

Lorna Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lorna started their career in 2011 at Handicare, where they served as a Contract Service and Support Assistant in the Contract Management Department. Their responsibilities included liaising with Local Authorities, monitoring contract orders, and ensuring compliance with KPIs.

In 2014, Lorna joined Orona UK Ltd as a Service Contract Coordinator. In this role, they managed service contracts and tenders for new clients, conducting thorough checks and minimizing organizational risk.

The following year, Lorna moved to DORMA UK as a Service Coordinator. Lorna supervised a team of engineers and subcontractors, overseeing daily operations in the South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire area. Their focus was on meeting KPIs and maintaining efficient service delivery for automatic doors and other industrial doors.

From 2016 to 2021, Lorna worked at Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) as a Labour Controller in the Fall Arrest division. Their responsibilities included managing engineers and workload across the UK and Ireland, as well as account management for contracts, key accounts, and renewals. PTSG specializes in providing façade access, fall arrest equipment services, lightning protection, electrical testing, and specialist building access and fire solutions.

Most recently, in 2021, Lorna joined Elecomm Ltd as a Resource/Engineering Manager. Lorna was responsible for resource allocation and management within the company.
