Akarapong Promsorn

Akarapong Promsorn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology commercialization, investment management, and strategic development. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Commercialization and Venture Building at PTTEP, Akarapong has established strategies for tech commercialization and initiated a $100 million fund focused on decarbonization technologies. Previously, Akarapong held senior roles at SCG, overseeing investment strategies and leading initiatives to foster growth opportunities in clean energy and industrial decarbonization. With a strong foundation in project management and engineering from earlier positions at SCG Packaging and international exposure through an internship in Switzerland, Akarapong holds an MBA from IMD and additional degrees in economics and engineering.
