Nouari Nouioua

Nouari Nouioua has a diverse work experience spanning different positions and industries. Their most recent role was as the Head of Accounting at PTTEP, where they were responsible for financial monitoring and reporting, cost analysis, budget control, and compliance with regulations. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Accountant at Hyundai Engineering Co. Ltd., where they handled general accounting, tax returns, and electronic declarations. They also have experience as an Executive in Tax Accounting at SARPI - A Subsidiary of Sonatrach, and as a Co Manager at Sarl Addax Contracting Company. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Accountant at Sinopec International Petroleum Service Corporation and as an Accountant at Hydrotechnique Spa. They started their career as a trainee at the Office algérien interprofessionnel des céréales (OAIC).

Nouari Nouioua completed a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Sciences at the University of Algiers 3 from 2004 to 2008. In 2009-2010, Nouari attended the Higher School of Management (E.S.G) to study IAS/IFRS, a new financial accounting system. In 2013, Nouari received training in the new accounting and financial system SCF from C.F.P.A Draria. From 2017 to 2019, Nouari pursued a degree in External Auditor at C.N.C Ministry of Finance, with a focus on comptabilité/finance/droit fiscal/taxation. Additionally, Nouari has attended multiple short-term courses in various topics such as facing tax control/financial modeling on Excel, passing from the accounting income to the tax income, and 2018 Finance Law-Perspectives of the National Economy.
