Jim Delaware is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in client production operations and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at Public Consulting Group since July 2021, Jim Delaware is responsible for strategizing the development of third-party administrator services and managing EDI/System functions. Previous roles include Regional Operations Manager at Beacon Health Options, where Jim Delaware oversaw client support in the Northeast, and Director of Client Production Operations at McKesson, leading customer support for SaaS solutions.
