Shelly King has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Shelly currently works as a Project Director at Public Consulting Group. Prior to this, Shelly held various leadership roles at Sevita, including Executive Director and Regional Director of Quality Assurance. At Sevita, they managed a high-performing team of 900 employees and successfully grew the annual revenue from $15M to $65M. Shelly was also responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and CARF accreditation standards for healthcare settings. Before Sevita, Shelly worked at Y.O.U., Inc. as the Director of Adolescent Services, where they managed operations and obtained full accreditation for the hospital diversion program. Shelly also managed program budgets and diversified funding sources. Shelly's earlier experience includes roles at Doctor Franklin Perkins School and Y.O.U., Inc. as a Program Director and Individual and Family Therapist, respectively. Shelly also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Assumption College.
Shelly King holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution. Shelly is also a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor by the State of Maine and a licensed Mental Health Counselor by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
