Project Manager, Performance Management and Quality Improvement at Public Health Foundation

Gabrielle Taylor is a Project Manager at the Public Health Foundation. Gabrelle has over two years of experience in eLearning and Implementation Management. Gabrielle has a passion for human centered design and has used this to help develop IT systems training for FDA employees and contractors. In their previous role, they also increased utilization of the learning management system (LMS) and created data collection and reporting processes for products accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).

Gabrielle Taylor has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Gabrelle also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Gabrelle is certified by the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee in LEAN for Healthcare and by the Tennessee Department of Health in HIV Tester and Counselor. Gabrelle is also a certified Community Health Education Specialist by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.

They are on a team with Michael Barry - Director of Strategic Partnerships & Development, Kathleen Amos - Director, Academic & Practice Linkages, and Sapana Ojha - Business Analyst. Gabrelle Taylor reports to Ron Bialek, President.
