Seth Foldy MD MPH FAAFP serves as a Visiting Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus since August 2018 and currently works as an Intermittent Epidemiologist at the Public Health Institute at Denver Health. Previously, Seth held the position of Director of Epidemiology, Preparedness & Informatics at Denver Health from December 2017 to May 2021, and before that, served as a Professor in Family and Community Medicine and as Associate Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin from 1996 to 2018. Additional experience includes roles as Principal Consultant at sethfoldy.com LLC, Advisory Council member for the Digital/Disruptive Health Conference, Director of the Public Health Informatics & Technology Program Office at the CDC, State Health Officer for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, and various positions focused on health informatics and public health initiatives. Seth's educational background includes an MPH from the Medical College of Wisconsin and an MD from Case Western Reserve University, along with a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University.
