Dr. Paul R. Williams

Dr. Paul R. Williams has an extensive work experience in the field of international law and policy. Dr. Paul R. is the co-founder of the Public International Law & Policy Group, a renowned non-profit organization that provides free legal assistance to states and governments involved in peace negotiations and war crime prosecutions. Dr. Paul R. has worked with various clients in different peace negotiations, including the Darfuri rebel delegation and the Somali Civil Society delegation.

Dr. Paul R. has also served as the Rebecca I.
