Leroy Hughes

Leroy Hughes, Jr. MPA has a strong background in operations management, overseeing various national organizations and programs. With a Bachelor of Arts in History from Louisiana State University and a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Administration/Management from Troy University, Leroy has experience in executive level oversight, human resources management, finance and accounting, and information technology. Leroy has worked with organizations addressing social and economic injustice, workforce development, health education, and services for individuals with disabilities.
