Abby Cook

Abby Cook has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and politics. Abby started their career as the California Media Coordinator for United States Senator Barbara Boxer in 1993. Abby then joined the California Democratic Coordinated Campaign/Clinton-Gore Campaign as the California Press Director in 1996. Abby Cook also worked for the Public Policy Institute of California, where they held the positions of Director of Communications from 1997 to 2014 and Vice President of Communications starting in 2015.

Abby Cook attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy and English. Prior to that, Abby Cook attended Santa Monica High School, although the specific years of attendance and degree earned are unknown.
