Hannah Noonan

Hannah Noonan is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public policy and educational settings. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Communications at the Public Policy Institute of California since 2015, Hannah has held various roles in the organization, including Senior Communications Operations Manager and Center Administrator for the Water Policy Center. Prior experience includes project management at ChoYou, where Hannah organized large-scale events and managed budgets, as well as a role in undergraduate admissions at the Academy of Art University, overseeing a significant portfolio of prospective students. Hannah began their career in customer service at HSU Bookstore and Follett Higher Education Group. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Humboldt State University.
