Gianna Makridou

Gianna Makridou, MBA has over two decades of experience in human resources and administration. Gianna most recently served as the Director of Human Resources Administration at PPC S.A. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Director at Creta Farms Foods SA, where they focused on workforce increase, employee engagement, talent acquisition, talent management, and learning and development initiatives. Gianna also held positions at Cosmote e-Value as a Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Manager, The Adecco Group as a Payroll Executive, and Vision Management Consultants as an HR Officer. Throughout their career, Gianna has demonstrated expertise in payroll, compensation, benefits, talent management, and employee relations.

Gianna Makridou completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly in 2000. Gianna then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at Athens University of Economics and Business from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from StudySmart.
