Manthos Chrysoulakis has extensive experience in various roles related to health, safety, and operations. Manthos started their career at Teknikon SA in 1999, specializing in heating, air conditioning, and materials. In 2007, they transitioned to PPC S.A. where they held roles such as Lead Auditor for ISO 45001:2018, Head Of Operation Department at Atherinolakkos Power Plant, Health And Safety Officer for OHSAS 18001, Port Facility Security Officer, Dipl. Mechanical Engineer in the Operation Department, and Lead Auditor for OHSAS 18001. Manthos'swork primarily focused on ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency within the power plant industry.

Manthos Chrysoulakis attended Aristotle University of Thessaloniki from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
