Molly Stroyman

Molly Stroyman is a Climate Adaptation Officer at Lewisham Council, focusing on the delivery of green and blue infrastructure projects. With extensive experience in community development and sustainability, Molly serves as a Panel Expert at Design South East and is an active participant in the Alumni network of Public Practice, contributing to place-based research and organizational growth strategies. Previous roles include Stewardship & Community Development Officer at East Herts District Council, where notable projects involved enhancing governance arrangements and community engagement, and Healthy Streets Officer at Sustrans, promoting active travel initiatives. Molly's early career included significant stakeholder engagement projects at COWI, as well as communications roles in international infrastructure projects. Molly holds an MA in Landscape & Urbanism from Kingston University.
