James Prowse

James Prowse is a legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Acting Coordinator of Human Resources at the Public Service Alliance of Canada since June 2013, James is responsible for directing the internal Human Resources Section, managing payroll and benefits teams, and providing guidance on HR matters. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor in Labour Relations, where James successfully negotiated collective agreements and drafted legal opinions. James also practiced law as a Barrister & Solicitor at Doris Law Office, focusing on wills, estate administration, and corporate law. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from City, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from the University of Ottawa.
