Liza Banhalmi Kramer

Liza Banhalmi Kramer is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Substation Engineering Manager in Asset Management at PSEG since September 2024, where oversight includes Substation and Inside Plant Engineering Teams. Prior to this role, Liza spent fourteen years at Con Edison, progressing through various positions such as Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Instruments & Controls Technical Supervisor, managing teams responsible for engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance of electrical distribution equipment. Earlier experience includes logistics management at Main Tape Company and a mechanical design internship at Exelon’s Limerick Nuclear Generating Station. Liza holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
