Tigran Voskanov

Tigran Voskanov has extensive experience in IT management and security, currently serving as the Head of IT and Security Service Department at Public TV of Armenia since December 2018. Previous roles include Deputy Manager of the Banking Technologies and Automation Department at Araratbank Ojsc, and Head of IT Division at Armenian Development Bank OJSC, where Tigran managed IT services and systems for many years. Earlier positions include IT Service Manager at RiA Bank and an Automation Specialist at TOKOBANK's Armenian branch. Tigran began a career as an Engineer at the Institute of Mathematical Machines. Tigran holds an Engineer's degree in Radiotecnics from the State Engineering University of Armenia.
