Michel Zialor has extensive work experience in various roles within different organizations. Michel began their career at the Ministry of Finance in 2004, where they served as a Senior Finance Officer until 2008. Following this, they joined Creole Travel Services as a Credit Controller from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, Michel moved to the Public Utilities Corporation, starting as a Commercial Officer and later progressing to Chief Commercial Officer in September 2019. Michel has been with the Public Utilities Corporation since then.

Michel Zialor's education history begins in 1997 when they attended the National Youth Service and completed their O-Levels in subjects such as English, French, Maths, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and Geography. From 1998 to 2000, Michel attended Seychelles Polytechnic where they obtained A-Levels, focusing on Maths, Physics, and Biology.

In 2005, Michel attended the Commonwealth Office in the UK, studying Database Schema and Reporting for a year. In 2006, they acquired knowledge in Debt Management from the Commonwealth Office UK and completed a course on People Management at the Seychelles Institute of Management.

In 2007, Michel undertook two short courses. Michel studied Economics Policies, Government Finance, Financial Programming, and Policies at the African Development Bank (ADB). Additionally, they also completed a course on Scotwork Advanced Negotiating Skills.

Overall, Michel Zialor's educational background comprises a range of subjects including mathematics, sciences, commerce, and various specialized areas such as database management and negotiation skills.
