Martin has been involved with leisure management since January 2014 as Leisure Services Manager for Cotswold & West Oxfordshire District Councils, and previously held the same role at West Oxfordshire District Council from 2006 to 2014, overseeing both indoor and outdoor leisure facilities and ensuring effective service delivery.
