Ambre LONGEARD is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and project management, currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition & Mobility at Publicis Conseil since November 2015. In this role, Ambre is responsible for defining client portfolios, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring internal resources are utilized effectively. Previously, Ambre held the position of Senior Digital Project Manager, managing relationships with high-profile international luxury clients, overseeing projects from conception to production, coordinating various teams, and handling budgets. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Account Manager at Bed & Breakfast Agency, managing 360° media campaigns and client interfaces, while contributing to strategic recommendations and overseeing the creative process. Ambre holds a Master 2 degree in Advertising from Ecole supérieure de publicité, earned between 2009 and 2011.
