Shante Brown

Shante Brown, MPH, currently serves as the Analytics Director for Payer Sciences at Publicis Health, specializing in healthcare informatics and market access analytics since June 2022. Prior to this role, Shante held the position of Quality Improvement Specialist at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, overseeing long-term performance improvement initiatives and regulatory reporting from May 2020 to June 2022. Shante's earlier experience includes roles at Atlantic Health System as a Data Coordinator, Data Analyst, and Research Associate, where responsibilities encompassed compliance coordination, data analysis, and patient safety reporting. Additionally, Shante worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for over a decade. Shante holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Rutgers University and has an extensive educational background in science and dental hygiene.
