Molly McNamara

Molly McNamara is an experienced talent management leader currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Talent Management at Publicis Production since August 2022. Previously, Molly held various positions at Leo Burnett from September 2006 to October 2022, culminating in the role of Vice President, Director of Talent Management, where responsibilities included leading group restructuring, partnering with Creative Leadership on talent strategies, and overseeing a diverse creative team. Early career roles included production design at Capps Digital and web design at Structure Interactive. Molly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with a concentration in Graphic Design from Michigan State University.
