Diya Lal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits, currently serving as Vice President Compensation & Benefits for India and International at Publicis Sapient since April 2015. Diya leads the C&B vertical for India, APAC, and EMEA and has played a pivotal role in managing global bonus, merit, and promotion cycles, as well as implementing wellness strategies for India. As part of the India People Success Leadership Team and Global Compensation Leadership Team, Diya has also been instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive global compensation and benefits strategy. Prior to Publicis Sapient, Diya spent over 13 years as a Senior Consultant at Aon Hewitt, focusing on Broad Based Rewards. Diya holds a PGDBM in HR and Marketing from Fore School of Management.
