Jillian Bye

Jillian Bye is a Senior Director of People Strategy for APAC at Publicis Sapient, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Jillian served as Chief People Officer at the University of Tasmania from July 2020 to September 2022. Jillian's extensive background in human resources includes a tenure at IBM Australia and New Zealand from January 2010 to July 2020, where roles included HR Director for A/NZ and HR Executive for the Global Technology Services Business Unit. Jillian began their career at IBM Australia as a Senior HR Business Partner and Manager of Business Operations, starting in January 2006. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a focus on Psychology and Economics from La Trobe University and graduated from Mac.Robertson Girls' High.
