Pooja Dabas has a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in both recruiting and leading recruitment teams. Currently serving as the Manager Talent Acquisition at Publicis Sapient, Pooja is responsible for the recruitment life cycle and ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity. With previous experience at Fastrack Information Systems and JPMorgan Chase, Pooja has developed and maintained strong business relationships and implemented innovative recruiting strategies. Pooja holds a MSc (hons) in Mathematics and an MBA in Information Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
