Isaiha Fields is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, strategic leadership, and talent representation. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Time Inc Agency since November 2019 and as Vice President of Operations at Royal Lamb starting February 2024, Isaiha has demonstrated a strong ability to drive organizational success through strategic vision, operational excellence, and team leadership. Previous roles include Senior Talent Agent at multiple agencies, where Isaiha managed influencer marketing campaigns and negotiated agreements, and Behavioral Health Technician II, providing care for minors with developmental delays. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, anticipated in 2027, as well as a high school diploma from Tenoroc High School.
