Randy Carlson

Randy Carlson is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and software development. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at PublicSquare since January 2023, Randy has previously held various engineering leadership roles at Target from October 2014 to December 2022, where responsibilities included guiding teams to develop innovative retail fulfillment systems and cloud-based services for mobile applications. Prior experience includes operating as an independent IT professional and owner of Otsego Solutions, LLC, delivering IT services to several key clients, and working as a Senior Software Consultant across multiple companies. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Metro State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Bemidji State University.
