Mani Kandan

Mani Kandan has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and identity and access management (IAM). Mani started their career in 2013 as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they successfully migrated IBM Security Identity Manager. In 2016, they took on the role of Computer System Engineer/Architect, and during this time, they organized meetings with higher management and led the migration of Jboss version in CA RCM. In 2018, Mani joined Publix Super Markets as an IS senior engineer 2, where they played a key role in application integrations in Azure and ADFS. Mani also led IAM projects focusing on automating manual user creation processes. Later, they were promoted to the role of IS Principal Engineer, responsible for managing the migration of physical security software and leading multiple IAM projects. Mani has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Mani Kandan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vel Tech Multi Tech Dr. Rangarajan Dr. Sakunthala Engineering College from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Ideal Higher Secondary School from 2006 to 2008 and Sri Vidya Mandir Matriculation Higher Secondary School from 1994 to 2006. Additionally, Mani Kandan has obtained several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, Master Skills 2019 - IGI Security Professional from IBM, ACCESS CONTROL AND IDENTITY MANAGEMENT from CYBRARY’S EDUCATION COMMITTEE, PAYMENT CARD INDUSTRY DATA SECURITY STANDARD PCI/DSS from THE CYBRARY EDUCATIONAL COMMITTEE, Process:ITIL Foundation from Tata Consultancy Services, Digital: Hybrid App Development - BFS Web Modernization foundation from Tata Consultancy Services, Digital: BigData and Hadoop Ecosystems Foundation from Tata Consultancy Services, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate from Microsoft.
