Shannon Brown

Shannon Brown has a diverse work experience in retail, with a focus on management positions. Shannon started their career in 2010 as a Store Manager at White House Black Market and worked there until 2015. In 2014, they briefly worked as an Associate Store Manager at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. From 2016 to 2018, they served as an Assistant Manager at Porterhouse Grill. In 2019, they held managerial roles at both EXPRESS and DXL Group, with their tenure at each company spanning a few months. In 2020, they became a Manager at White House Black Market until May 2021. Shannon then joined The Home Depot in June 2021 as a Sales representative and is currently working there. Most recently, Shannon started working as a Customer Service Team Lead at Publix Super Markets in March 2022.
