Imelda Suriato has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Imelda started their career as a Senior Consultant at Knowledge Strategies in 2000, focusing on design and information architecture. Imelda then joined ExecuNet, Inc in 2002 as a Creative Director before moving on to Squeaky Wheel Media in 2006, where they served as a Creative Director and Partner.

In 2013, Imelda became a Creative Partner at MillennialPlus, and in 2016, they briefly worked as a Vice President of Planning and Integrated Solutions at Cone. Imelda co-founded and played a significant role in creating the award-winning cancer support network, I Had Cancer, in 2010. During their time there, they helped grow the community globally through social media campaigns, earning the platform three Webby Awards for Community.

Imelda's entrepreneurial spirit led their to found I'm Not a Monster in 2011, where they raised over $4.84 million for animal welfare organizations through the annual Monster Holiday Drive. Imelda also spearheaded organic brand growth and secured sponsorships from prominent pet and footwear brands.

Their most recent position is at PubMatic, where they started as the Director of Creative Services in 2017 and worked their way up to becoming the Vice President of Brand and Creative Services in 2022. In this role, they managed global creative operations and successfully evolved the PubMatic brand from a start-up to a publicly-traded company. Imelda launched global campaigns and led various initiatives, including serving as a member of the DE&I Council, chairing the Anti-Racism Committee, and leading multiple ERGs.

Throughout their career, Imelda has demonstrated their expertise in brand management, creative operations, campaign development, and community building. Imelda has a proven track record of driving successful initiatives and has received recognition for their work in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.

Imelda Suriato holds a Master's Degree in Advertising from Syracuse University. Imelda also obtained a Master's Degree in Public Communication Studies from the same institution. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from the University of Indonesia.
