Rupesh Kaushik has a diverse work experience in the technology and advertising industry. Rupesh started their career at Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer in 2014 and worked there until 2016. After that, they joined HCL Technologies as a Publisher Support Analyst from 2016 to 2018. Rupesh then moved to Cognizant and worked as an Account Manager from 2018 to 2019. Rupesh further expanded their skills by joining Z1 Media as an Ad Operations Manager in 2019 and worked there for a year. Currently, they are working at PubMatic and has held multiple roles including Programmatic - Customer Success Operations Manager from 2020 to 2021, Team Lead Manager - Customer Success & Operations from 2021 to 2023, and is currently serving as an Associate Director - Customer Success & Operations.
