Guillaume Ricard

Guillaume Ricard has a diverse work experience that spans from 2014 to present. In 2014, they worked as an IT Adviser at Top Office, where they advised customers on technical products and managed cash desks. In 2015, they worked as a Logistics Operator at Doublet, where they prepared orders and shipped products. In 2016, they worked as a ToIP Engineer Intern at Scalair, where they deployed Avaya IP Office Contact Center. In 2017, they worked as a Business Developer Intern at Adomik, where they developed the company's portfolio. In 2018, they worked as a Pre-Sales Engineer Intern at SPIE ICS, where they qualified customer needs and proposed adequate solutions. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Adomik as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for the Integration Factory squad and the Roadmap. In 2022, they moved to Pubstack as a Senior Product Manager. Currently, they are working at Vilem as a Producer/Mix Engineer.

Guillaume Ricard obtained an Engineer's degree in Information & Communication Technologies from Télécom Lille between 2014 and 2019. Guillaume also completed a Master 1 - Erasmus at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology in 2017 and an Engineer's degree in Information & Communication Technologies from IMT Nord Europe between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, they have obtained a TOEIC (915/990) - English Certification from the TOEIC® Program.
