Anna Magdalena Matulka

Anna Magdalena Matulka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in climate science and ocean modeling. Currently serving as the Jefa de Unidad de Sistemas de previsión at Puertos del Estado since March 2022, Matulka specializes in forecasting systems and climate change. Previous roles include Product Quality Manager at Nologin Consulting, focusing on the Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service, and Jefa de división at Puertos del Estado, overseeing ocean modeling initiatives. Matulka's postdoctoral research includes significant contributions at the MARUM Center for Marine Environmental Sciences and Memorial University of Newfoundland, where investigations covered climate evolution and ocean dynamics. Awarded a PhD in Mechanical Fluids from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Matulka also holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology.
