Jason Yerbick is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile kitchen management roles. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Puesto since December 2019, Jason previously held positions including Executive Chef at Restaurants Unlimited Inc. and Hard Rock International, and Chef at Crowne Plaza Concord/Walnut Creek. With a strong foundation as Senior Kitchen Manager at The Cheesecake Factory and Executive Chef at Ruth's Chris Steak House-Destin, Jason also brings valuable experience as Executive Kitchen Manager at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. Jason obtained an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Portland, complementing a strong educational background that began at Conifer Senior High School.
