Phil Haines

Phil Haines has been with Puget Sound Energy since November 2009, where Phil currently serves as the Director of Energy Supply & Trading. Prior to this, Phil held various roles at Iberdrola Renewables and Evergreen International Airlines. With a degree in Finance from Linfield University, Phil has extensive experience in energy trading, market risk analysis, and portfolio optimization within the power and gas industry.
