Tobie Tyler

Tobie Tyler is an experienced benefits and wellness professional, currently serving as the Manager of Benefits & Wellness at Puget Sound Energy since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tobie held the position of Director of Benefits & People Data at Trupanion from August 2019 to October 2022, where a high-performing team was built to support Employee Benefits, HRIS, and Pet Operations, along with creating a multiyear benefit strategy that introduced a Paid Family Medical Leave program and Lifestyle Spending Accounts. As Benefits Manager at TrueBlue Inc. from March 2011 to August 2019, oversight was provided for US and Canadian health and welfare benefits with an annual spend of $33M, managing a team of analysts and coordinators.
