René Gray

René Gray serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for both Penhaligon's and L'Artisan Parfumeur since February 2016, under the Puig group. With a strong background in luxury retail recruitment, René previously held various roles at Freedom Recruitment from 2010 to February 2016, progressing from Trainee Recruitment Consultant to Senior Recruitment Consultant. Prior experience includes positions at T.M.Lewin, Bulgari as General Store Manager, freelance writing for The Voice Newspaper, and serving as a Senior Publicist at Silk PR. René also worked as a Senior Floor Manager at Harrods from 2004 to 2006 and holds a degree from the University of Westminster.
